“Earline Marshall is extremely helpful, really knows her stuff, and is willing to go above and beyond.”  Hear what Joseph Mercado of Master Mind University has to say about working with the Marshall Management Group.

Earline graciously joined as a founding member of the Jericho Road Dallas blog team. She understands the importance of a strong voice for an organization, particularly one that is newer and is a nonprofit intermediary like us. That means we work to build capacity at other local nonprofits rather than provide direct service to people in need like the vast majority of nonprofits do. Earline’s vivid descriptions bring the story to life, and she uses the most impactful language to keep readers interested. I appreciate the level of professionalism and intellect Earline brings to the job, and given her background working with so many nonprofits, she has a great perspective that will only benefit Jericho Road Dallas!

I worked with Earline Marshall when I was executive director of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research. Earline was a pleasure to work with, attentive to the society’s needs, deadlines, relationships, and desired outcome–whatever the project. She is focused on details and the big picture, whether it’s establishing a grant program, working with peer reviewers, drafting a policy manual, or setting up a meeting. She juggles priorities adeptly, ever-mindful of what needs to be done when, and the importance of confidentiality. She communicates progress and outcomes in clear prose and presentations. Whether you are seeking assistance in grants or projects, you can count on Earline Marshall.

I have had the pleasure of working with Earline Marshall over the course of many years on numerous projects, including but not limited to conference and board meeting planning, grant writing, awards management programs, policies and procedures manuals, newsletters, e-blasts, member communications, and web and other marketing materials.  Earline is adept at project management and meeting tight deadlines, rising to every challenge with grace, tact, determination and terrific multitasking abilities. With Earline’s strong communication and organizational skills, professionalism, and commitment to excellence, she contributes greatly to the success of the organizations and projects she supports.  While a team player, she has strong leadership abilities and consistently demonstrates tremendous initiative, a hard work ethic, and extraordinary customer service and people skills.  I can highly recommend Marshall Management’s services, as I have firsthand experience and appreciation of the tremendous value she brings – intelligence, competence, caring, and insight.  You’re in great hands with Marshall Management!

Our non-profit organization, First Circuit CASA, has had the pleasure of working with Earline.   In particular, Earline has helped with grant research, grant writing, and grant proof-reading/review for us.   This was an all-volunteer project that consisted of extensive research, writing, and review over the course of several months and continues.

Earline is well-organized, detailed in her grant management and communication, and proactive in handling time schedules when deadlines are a priority.   She anticipated issues early enough to discuss them and to adapt the schedule to maintain momentum of the grant(s) as all as keep in step with the schedule.

She was attentive to detail and had to ability to problem solve.  She was forthright and professional in her conduct.  Furthermore, she managed projects satisfactorily and completed them in a timely manner to our satisfaction.

We are very pleased working with Earline Marshall and would recommend her to everybody. She is fast, thorough, productive, and is a great communicator. For our non-profit, she researches federal, state, and local grants, writes verbiage that will go into submitting a grant; and works with our team of seven grant writers. She also writes columns for our Zealousness magazine and blog, and networks our business in the community by referring us to the people who would complement our efforts.
